BOOM! Comic Project

I was approached by a startup energy drink company dedicated to creating pickle-powered electrolyte drinks; they asked me to design artwork around their BOOM! logo. Using just this atomic-bomb image, I went ahead and created a fully rendered art piece that seamlessly integrated their marketing style into a standalone final product.

Using a pop art style, halftone accents, and an expert understanding of linework, I created a gorgeous comic-book-ready piece, complete with border paneling and sample text areas. I also spruced up their initial logo using some careful brushwork and color balancing to further make their logo smoothly integrate into the final product.
