Career Center Deliverable

The Philadelphia-based Temple University commissioned me to create a piece of artwork showcasing the importance of career centers in regard to student postgraduate success. I incorporated the Philly skyline and the school’s great horned owl mascot, iconic bell tower, and neo-gothic architecture to create a calming yet noble piece. Through personal research and discussion with the team, I discovered that the Temple Career Center’s largest issue was how it was being held back by a lack of distinct branding; I sought to create eye-catching artwork suited for both digital and print mediums that would put the organization on the map.

Due to concerns regarding printing limitations, I also went ahead and designed simplified, as well as greyscale, versions of my design to ensure ease of duplication on even the most low-tech of systems. All artwork was created in Adobe Illustrator and touched-up with complex effects in Adobe Photoshop.
