Medieval Fitness Manual
Inspired by what Medieval knights would have done to get and stay in shape, I combined personal experience, intense research, and my then-self-taught Photoshop skills to create a 37-page, self-animated, and lovingly-crafted exercise guide. This undertaking for my Honors Humanities keystone project was the defining point in my decision to pursue graphic design full-time in college. Additionally, I was successfully able to recreate and update the notoriously unstandardized and barely-legible calligraphy of the Middle Ages in an easily-accessible manner.
Despite the incredible amount of time it took to learn the software on my own, figure out solo greenscreening, and conduct the necessary research, this project represents the amazing work I was able to create with little-to-no professional guidance and experience. My attention to detail and love for compiling unified, compelling aesthetics how only developed even more through my coursework and art since then. The full project file can be found here (please note that it is a huge file due to the animations).

Due to Wix restricting .gif file sizes, the full project (animations included) can easily be previewed via this Google Drive link.
